Interested In : Season 2

I had the absolute immense pleasure of working on an episode of Interested In as they wrapped up their filming of Season 2. It was a really magical day on set, the episode took place during Pride and we filmed at 3 Dollar Bill. It was a big Queer party, and we danced to no music (added in post, obvi…) all the live long day.

The episode was directed by Erica Rose, and I had a little scene moment and made friends with Elina Street. Erica and Elina are the women behind Lesbian Bar Project, and my little Gay History loving heart was delighted to meet them both. If all of that wasn’t fun enough, what an absolute blast to have Intimacy Coordinator Amy Northup on set, and Rachael Murray assisting her. Amy and Rachel and I all graduated from the same program at Virginia Tech. Last wonderful discovery was that Ava Sofia Mattox was also on set! Ava and I know each other from our time with Everyday Inferno Theatre Company. Needless to say, it felt like old home week and was a big old party. So very good for my soul.
