A New Hat, and some new tricks.

My Great-Grandmother used to say, “go buy yourself a hat, it’ll make you feel better”. Welp, not many occasions for new hats these days, but I’m trying some new ones on anyhow, at least metaphorically speaking… I’m very happy to say that I’ve started taking tv/film classes with MN Acting Studio. I’ve flirted with on-camera work before, but always found myself back on the boards of the stage. Since that is definitely not happening right now, I am very very grateful to have found a community on zoom with MN Studios to keep myself learning new tricks with the lens, grounding into acting and wouldn’t you know it…falling in love with the camera, even over zoom. I’ll be taking weekly with Amy Russ. Times are trying, but it feels really good to be creating and connecting right now. Stay tuned!
